Having issues logging in? Email address not recognized?
One account gets you access to the entire Rosimosi Academy of apps on all of your devices.
Just make sure you create an account and login with the same account each time.
Here are some login tips:
- If you need a new password go to: https://www.rosimosi.com/forgot
- After subscribing the first time, make sure you create an account.
- If you use Apple Sign-in, make sure you choose the option to share your email. If not Apple will create a random private relay email for you. To find out if you have an Apple Private Email, follow this guide Find My Apple Private Relay Email
- If you used Apple Family Sharing, the account and the subscription might be attached to the parent's email address if the purchase was made on the parent's device.
- If you have other apps or devices that are already logged in, you can view your current email address under the Academy/Change Grade menu in the upper left of the screen. If you skipped account creation, you will have the option to create one on this screen as well.
- If you can login but your subscription is not associated with your email, try a Restore Purchase
